AeroACARS · Cabin announcements

A flight with our AI cabin crewLufthansa LH806 · Frankfurt → Stockholm Arlanda · Airbus A320 · 2 h 5 min

This is one complete flight as AeroACARS plays it in the simulator: every announcement from boarding to the gate, what triggers it, how it sounds (press ▶), and the boarding song written for this flight. All texts were generated by our system for a real GSG flight plan. Crew names are made up, and the weather is the live METAR at the time of generation.

Show the full safety briefing

“May we have your attention for our safety information, even if you fly frequently. Please bring your seat back to the upright position, stow your tray table, and place your hand baggage in the overhead lockers or under the seat in front of you. To fasten your seat belt, insert the metal tip into the buckle and pull the strap tight. To release it, lift the top of the buckle. Whenever you are seated, please keep your seat belt fastened throughout the flight, even when the seat belt sign is off. This aircraft has eight emergency exits on both sides of the cabin, including exits over the wings. Please take a moment to locate the exit nearest to you; it may be behind you. In an emergency, lighting along the floor will guide you to the exits. Please leave your hand baggage behind. Should the cabin pressure fall, oxygen masks will drop automatically from above your seat. Pull a mask firmly towards you, place it over your nose and mouth, and breathe normally. Secure your own mask before helping others. Your life jacket is located under your seat or in your armrest. Slip it over your head, pass the straps around your waist and pull them tight. Inflate the life jacket only as you leave the aircraft, by pulling firmly on the tabs. You can top it up by blowing into the mouthpieces. A light and a whistle will help rescuers find you. Please switch your electronic devices to flight mode. Larger devices such as laptops must be stowed for take-off and landing. If a device becomes hot or gets lodged in your seat, call a crew member immediately and do not adjust your seat. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere on board, including the lavatories. You will find further information on the safety card in the seat pocket in front of you. Please read it carefully before take-off. Thank you.”

Vielen Dank.“

07

How it works

behind the scenes
  • AeroACARS client (Windows/Mac) reads the sim — phase, payload, switches, altitude, engines — and a planner decides which announcement is due when.
  • phpVMS 7 module on our VA site writes the script per flight with an AI (Claude): before departure, at halfway and before arrival. It uses the airline’s profile (form of address, onboard service, Wi-Fi, alliance), the flight plan and the destination METAR.
  • Nothing is guessed: times, flight time, temperatures and names are placeholders the server fills in itself. A second AI pass edits every text, and strict checks catch the rest.
  • Our audio server turns the texts into speech (Supertonic) — one voice per person in every language, captain and cabin always different — and writes the boarding song (ACE-Step).
  • Quality: every step lands in the flight log, and once a week an AI reviews the real scripts and suggests rule changes.

Pilots can also store their own boarding music per airline; then no song is created. Cabin announcements are in beta with GSG pilots.
